When you enter our office, you will be warmly greeted by our team and welcomed to the front desk, where we will ensure you have all the materials you need for your first visit. This may include a driver’s license or alternative form of identification, your insurance information (if applicable) and your patient forms (if applicable). If needed, we will provide patient forms for you to complete before seeing our dentist.
When we are ready to see you, we will escort you to the back office, where you will meet our dentist and other team members. We will sit down with you to discuss the nature of your visit and consult your medical history forms. If you need treatment, our dentist can discuss your treatment options and help you select a service that fits your goals and budget. If needed, we will also arrange a follow-up visit for treatment or maintenance.
